Aziz Ben Ammar, Samira van den Boogard and Tobias Alter, researchers at the RWTH Aachen, presented HYDROCOW in oral presentations a the 9th Conference on Constraint-Based Reconstruction and Analysis (COBRA 2024) held from October 24 to October 26 in San Diego, CA, USA.
This year’s conference highlighted the latest advancements in Constraint-Based Reconstruction and Analysis, with a focus on integrating data analytics in computational biology. Notable speakers included Sean Gibbons from the Institute for Systems Biology, Byung-Kwan Cho from KAIST, and Ronan Fleming from the University of Galway. I presented my work on the genome-scale metabolic reconstruction of Xanthobacter SOF1 through an oral presentation.
